In memory of our dear father and husband, Oscar T. Wharton, who departed this life four years ago November 10, 1956.
Four years ago today, dear daddy, you were called away. It has never been the same, not to see jour face or shake your hand. But God who knows all things well, will someday make us understand. We don’t think of you as dead, we think of you as one who has gone away. And when our journey here is over we will meet you again some day. Now sleep on in peace and rest. We all loved you dear daddy, but God loved you best, and that is why He took you home to be one of His own.
