The first annuel Junior Angus Field Day and organizational meeting for a Virginia Junior Angus Association is scheduled to be heldjfor all boys and girls interested in Angus cattle at Brandy Rock Farm, Brandy Station, Virginia, on Saturday, August 26, 1961.
Brandy Rock Farm, Lewis L. Strauss, Sr. and Jr., co-owners, and Sid Aylor, manager, extend a special invitation to the Junjpr cattlemen and adults interested in Angus and die cattle industry to be their guests for the day including facilities and cattle for the field day and meeting free lunch, and a tour of the farm and herd.
The field day and organizational meeting is being sponsored by the Virginia Angus Association, Charlottesville.
In addition to a very interesting and-educational program to be presented for the Juniors, the Juniors will be given an opportunity to . organize their own Association, patterned after die adult association. The future Angus breeders, feeders, and supporters will adopt a constitution, organize, and elect their own officers and directors.
