page 82, and as further described in the Bill of complaint; and), if partition in kind be impracticable, that the said property be sold by the Court and the proceeds divided amongst those entitled thereo.

And an affidavit having been made, and filed that the defendants, Mildred Beckwith, Lindsey Grigsby, Lillie Grigsby Snead, Marjorie Grigsby Jordan, Harold Frost, Edith Fletcher Bridgett, Lincoln Jackson and Unknown Parties Defendant, who are inot resident of the State of Virginia, it is Ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week tor four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front dioor of the Courthouse of this county on or before the 26th diay of August, 1961, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
