“Paint” With flowers
With “A Gallery of Floral Art” as their theme, the flower ladies of the Rappahannock Garden Club will “paint” with flowers for display on June 15th in the Parrish Hall at Washington, Va., from 2-8 p. m. The exhibition will present each artist’s concept of classical, modem or comical art through floral arrangement and individual technique.
It can also be stated on good authority that the local Garden Club ladies are widely recognized as expertly unique in their adaptations of flowers to a wide variety, of j creations with a purpose that excites and intrigues the viewer. As one observer was heard to say, “they literally talk in flowers".
