Col. Gilbert Cosden returned Saturday from Brooklyn, N. Y., where he attended a training school, in the use of radiological detection instruments. The expenses for the travel and per diem allowances are jointly paid for by the County and the Federal Government. Soon Col. Cosden will schedule classes for instructing others in the use of the instruments, and no doubt some of the Students of R-C.H.S. will be asked to volunteer for this duty, as well as some older citizens. Congressional hearings to consider the “450 Million Shelter Incentine Plan” ' will be held later this month.
