OBITUARIES
Milton M. Hawkins
Milton Mortimore Hawkins, Sr., 82, of Front Royal died Friday, April 27 at the Hillcrest Nursing Home in Winchester after an extended illness. Mr. Hawkins was a Civil Service employee until his retirement ten years ago.
He was born in Rappahannock County, a son of Milton M. Hawkins and Mary Woodward Ha\Vkins.
His wife, Stella B. Hawkins, predeceased him three years ago.
He is survived by three sons, Earl Hawkins, Front Royal; Woodrow W. Hawkins, College Park, Md.; and Milton M. Hawkins, Jr.,-Washington, Va.; seven daughters, Mrs. Mamie Temple, Mrs. Agnes Campbell, Mrs. Jessie Donaldson and Mrs. Ada Turner, all of Washington, D. C. ; Mrs. Bessie Brown, Front Royal; Mrs. Eugie Jenkins, Flint Hill; and Mrs. Elsie Boswell, Hyatts^ille, Md.; and seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Other survivors are a brother, Thomas A. Hawkins, Front Royal; a sister. Mrs. John A. Burke, Washington, Va.; and one grandson whom Mr. Hawkins
