Herbert Leon Nalls, 45, of Washington, Va. died Tuesday, May 1 at McGuire General Hospital in Richmond after a long illness. He was born arvd reared in Fairfax County and had been a resident of Rappahannock for three
years. Surviving are his parents, James H. and Hattie L. Nalls of Washington, Va., three sons, Ronald, Richard and Donald Nalls, all of Alexandria; two daughters, Joan and Carol also of Alexandria; two brothers, Elmer Nalls, Washington, Va., Leonard Nalls, Yorkshire, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Louise Johnson of Camp Lejeune, N. C„ Mrs. Margaret Crandall of Fairfax and Mrs. Myrtle Merlanson, Miami, Fla. A funeral service will be held Friday at Vlt. Comfort Cemetery Alexandria, with Rev. Dabney Carr officiating.
Garedn Club Meets The Rappahannock Garden Club held its regular monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., Sperryville, an Wednesday, April 18th at 2 p.m. Plans for the coming Flower Sh6w were discussed.
Mrs. Thomas Rees, of Washington, Va. gave a talk on the Culture of Roses.
Mrs. Cook. Mrs. Goddard and Mrs. Hall exhibited triads arrangements of spring flowers and blossoming shrubs.
