Although most students enrolled under the War Orphans Educational Assistance program are pursuing college studies, eligible children may also take training in business and vocational schools.'
Students who have finished high school, including students who drop out of school when they pass the age of compulsory attendance, may enroll for business or vocational schools approved by the State Board of Education.
