and lovers of hounds and hunting. Hounds will be kenneled at Culpeper Enterprises where they will be entered and numbered on October 23rd with the Bench Show scheduled, to start at 8;00 p.m. Classes will include: Derby Males, Derby Females, AllAge Males, All-Age Females, Natural Carriage, Best Pair and Best Pack. The Grand Champion and Best Opposite Six will be selected from the Derby and All-Age Class winners. The trials will be run for five hours daily on the 24th, 25th and 26th of October in the vicinity of Lawton Blankenbakers, Mrs. James Jamiesons and Jeter Corbins, covering an area estimated to be around 10 square miles. Representing Rappahannock at the Virginia State meeting were C. C. Clark and W. H. Lyne.

Former Pastor Will Conduct Services Here

The Rev. W. R. Snead. Assistant Dlirector of Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper, will conduct the 11 o’clock service in Washington Baptist Church Sunday, March 10. Rev. Snead is a former pastor of this area, his last pastorate being in Richmond before coming to Culpeper.
