4-H'ers around the county have been busy as bees planning and getting ready for the Annual 4-H Supper. The supper, to be held this Saturday, March 16, from 5:30-7:30 p. m. will take place at the Rappahannock High School cafeteria. The menu, featuring turkey, will also include mashed potatoes, green beans, corn pudding, cranberry salad and apple pie. A meal fit for a king. Cost for adult tickets will be $1.25 and 75(5 for children under 12. Tickets will be available at the door. This supper is th e only 4-H Fund raising activity of the year. All proceeds are for the benefit of the 4-H County Council. County Council funds go to provide trips to Short Course and County Camp, for Sharethe-F.un winners, to provide 4-H magazines to the school libraries and adult leaders, to provide refreshments for county-wide 4-H activities to name just a few. Support 4-H an d enjoy a good turkey dinner this Saturday at < the High School cafeteria.
