(Continued from page 1) formation ot a numoer of small business corporations and has had broad experience in minicipal law, having served as a town attorney and also as a municipal police judge. A former member of the Shenandoah County School Board, Marsh has also been interested in the field of industrial development having played a part in the location of several industries in Virginia which now employ over 1200 local citizens. A veteran of World War II, commissioned in the Army at 19, Marsh served with occupation forces in Germany and is presently a major with the Virginia National Guard. He is married to Glenn Ann Patterson of Kenbridge, Va. and Winston-Salem, N. C., and they have three children!
