Woodville HD, Club New*

The Woodville H D Club members met at Mrs. C. B. Johnson’s home for their regular meeting on Friday, March 8. The meeting was opened with the Homemaker’s Creed, followed by the scripture, prayer and business, 'in the absence of Miss Barbara Jones, hom#e agent, who was ill, Mrs. B. G. Titchenell led a demonstration on "Entertaining Guests with Informal Teas," stressing points such as keeping refreshments simple and nutritious, preparing as much of the food in advance as possible, two or three things are plenty to serve, and make the guests feel at ease and keep that way yourself. Mrs. Johnson completed the demonstration by serving appropriate snacks to the following present: Miss Nellie Johnson, Miss Mattie Rector, Mrs. Lute Quaintance, Mrs. Cary Thornhill, Sue Titchenell and Mrs. Tichenell.
