Library Board Will Hold Second Meeting At a meeting of the Rappahannock Library Board and other interested friends Thursday, May 17, plans were discussed for the opening of the library. A second meeting, for the same purpose, will be held Friday, May 24, at 7:30 p.m., at Avon Hall, home of Mr. and Mrs. William M. Carrigan. A number of members of the younger generation attended the first meeting and it is hoped that they and many others will be present Friday to make plans toward the completion of this vitally important addition to the cultural and entertainment life of the county.
