Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Joseph Pillar of Sperryville, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Margaret Ruth, to William Weedon Cloe, Jr., son of Mrs. William Weedon Cloe and the late Mr. Cloe, of Stafford, Virginia. Miss Pillar, a graduate of Madison College, is now teaching at the Post Dependents School at Quantico Marine Base, Quantico, Virginia.
Mr. Cloe, a graduate of William and Mary College and George Washington University, is now employed at the American Viscose Company, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
A summer wedding is planned.
