Resolution
The following resolution was passed by unanimous vote at the regular meeting of the Rappahannock i Home Mutual Fire Insurance I Company, held this 13th day of May 1963.
| Whereas; it has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst, Wade H. Massie, Jr.; Whereas; Wade H. Massie, Jr., has served this company a number of years as Director and Officer and has given his time and loyalty to the company; Therefore; We the Directors and Officers of the Rappahannock Home Mutual Fire Insurance Company wish to express our loss to the Company, and the loss to the Community at the passing of Wade H. Massie, Jr.; we further direct that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting, a copy be sent to the family of Wade H. Massie, Jr., and a copy be published in the Rappahannock News.
