Mrs. Bertha Armel completed on May 16th a week's intensive course of instruction by the American National Red Cross for Instructor's in First Aid. She now Is a qualified First Aid Instructor and has authority to issue cards to persons passing the First Aid Courses. Mrs. Armel is Captain of the Rappahannock Rescue Squad.
