* Respondent The object of this suit is to declare the said Octavious Hopkins Patterqon deceased due to her absence for a period of more than seven years. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, Octavious Hopkins Patterson is not a resident of the State of Virginia, It is ordered that Octavious Hopkins Patterson do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect her interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published In the Town of Washington, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 11th day of March, 1964, and that the Clerk mall a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and nie a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case. _ E.
