William A. Barksdale
Herbert S. Barksdale has received word of the death of his brother William A. Barksdale, age 67, on March 11 In Marietta, Georgia. He held a teaching position in Marietta High School. He is survived by his wife, and a daughter, Mrs. Lee Smith of Marietta. Mr. Barksdale was reportedly returning home from school when another vehicle crashed into his car, crushing it, and causing Mr. Barksdale’s death. Herbert Barksdale wets unable to attend the funeral services because of illness.
