Weeks Service To Be Held At F. T. Baptist Church
The annual series of nightly services will begin at F. T. Baptist Church on Monday evening, June 22nd. The services scheduled at eight o’clock (DST), will continue through Friday evening, June 26th. The guest speaker for the week will be the Reverend John Codd Ivins of Richmond. Mr. Ivins is a graduate of the University of Richmond and received his Bachelor of Divinity Degree from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in North Carolina. While a student at the Richmond School the minister was Student Assistant at the Church of which the F. T. pastor was serving as minister.
During the week of services Aney Melton Massie, Mary Hudson Revercomb, and Linda Rowzie will serve as soloists. Dr. C. F. Melton is the present pastor of the church.
NOTICE
The Womans Missionary Society of the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Sperryville will meet on Monday evening, June 22 at 7:30 o’clock in the home of Mrs, J, Rodes Brown. Mrs. James Perkins assisted by Mrs. Cletus Clark will be in charge of the program.
