S Newton, E. W. “Edd” Atkins, I Louise Smith Lutz, John P. Jen- 1 kins, Jr., John W. Bennett, Julia B. Johnson, Nellie Jenkins Donovan, Lillie Jenkins Fincham, Sadie Frazier Moore, Ethel Frazier Lintham, Walter Frazier are not residents of the State of Virginia; and there are unknown parties as defendants who are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of, who may not be residents. A foreign corporation not resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that Raymond Atkins,, Mildred B. Erdman, Dan K. Bennett, Bob W. Bennett, Randolph R. Newton, E. W. "Edd” Atkins, Louise Smith Lutz, John P. Jenkins, Jr., John W. Bennett, Juba B. Johnson, Nellie Jenkins Donovan, Lillie Jenkins Fincham, Sadie Frazier Moore, Ethel Frazier Lincham, Walter Frazier and said unknown parties do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the D-ont door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 29th day of May, 1964, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file 8 certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
