Mrs. Gordon Payne of Madison, her son and daughter-inlaw, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gordon Payne of W. Lafayette, Ind. were dinner guests on Tuesday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schaefer and also visited Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson. Mrs. H. H, Aylor who spent last week visiting relatives in Arlington returned home on Friday night,, accompanied by her son Buddy Aylor and Miss Lois Eggers of Arlington who spent the weekend in the Aylor home. Mrs. J. Harvey Daily went to Martinsburg, W. Va. on Friday and was a dinner guest of her sister-in-law Mrs. W. B. Barr. She was the overnight guest Friday and Saturday nights of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Butler and attended the * Union meeting held at the Primitive Baptist Church. Elder W. T. Daily and Mrs. Daily, formerly of Indianapolis, Ind. have arrived and established their home in Luray and he is now serving as pastor at Thornton’s Gap, Mastinsburg, Bentonvllle and Luray churches. Dewitt Johnson and his brother-in-law Carl Mattingly of Baltimore were guests Wednesday and Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman. S/Sgt. and Mrs. Jimmie Swindler and their three children returned to their home in Manassas Monday morning
