My first few days in Rappahannock have been busy wit! getting settled and acquaintec with people and places. have made me feel most Wflcome and I am looking forwy< to my work here very much On June 16th, I attended th< sewing school at Amissvilh in the morning, and that nigh I met with the home demonstration club at Flint Hill The Home Agent, Harrie Goode, and I met with a grouj of ladies in the Chester Gaj community, who are interested in organizing an H. D. Club Eleven ladies attended th< first meeting. Dates of interest in the coming week are: Amissville Sewing Class.., June 29th at 10:00 a. m.~~ Amissville Fire Hall. 4-H Tour of Washington, D, C. ....June 30th. Woodville H. D. Club wil meet July 2nd at 12:30 p. m, at the home of Miss Nelli* Johnson in Woodville. Thii will be the club's annual picnic Note the change in the meeting date from the second Thursday to the first Thursday. Sperryville H. D. Club will meet on July 1st at 8 p. m, at the home of Mrs. Luc is Kilby. Please note change ir date.
