State of Virginia, it is ordered that Raymond Atkins, Mildred B. Erdman, Dan K. Bennett, Bob W. Bennett, Randolph R. Newton, E. W. “Edd” Atkins, Louise Smith Lutz, John P. Jenkins, Jr., John W. Bennett, Jplia B. Johnson, Nellie Jenkins Donovan, Lillie Jenkins Fincham, Sadie Frazier Moore, Ethel Frazier Lincham, Walter Frazier and said unknown parties do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse oi this County on or before the 29th day of May, 1964, and thal the Clerk mail a copy hereof t< each of the said defendants t< the post-office address giver in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
