early Friday morning by jet from Dulles Airport for France where she will start a two month's European trip. She was accompanied to the airport by Mrs. F. D. Wood and the Misses Alice, Mary and Frances Wood. Mr. and Mrs. James Pharr were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. L. J. Turner, enroute to their home in Newport News after attending a wedding in Staunton. Mrs. B. M. Willis of Colonial Heights was the weekend guest of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher at Peyton Place. Miss Annie Cooksey visitec her aunt, Mrs. Bertha Masor. Sunday in Culpeper. — Miss Molly Smith is attending the summer session at Longwood College in Farmville.
Michael Meades is attending the New York World’s Fair this week. Jamie Meades is on a European tour. They are the sons of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Meades. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bolyard and two children were guests last weekend of Mr. Bolyard's parents, in Aurora, W. Va. Mrs. Davis Stember left last week for her home in Jamaica, New York after a visit in the home of Miss Lottie Burton. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Bolyard and two children, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bolyard. Mr. Bolyard returned Sunday to his teaching position in Ohio and Mrs. Bolyard and children will remain for a visit of two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers and twin sister, Mrs. Bolyard. Mrs. Frank Miller returned Friday to her home in Richmond after visiting Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller at Mt. Prospect for several days.
