Peele, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated October 24, 1961, and recorded November 24, 1961, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit^Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 7fe, at page 434, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. Hudson in Taylor’s line; thence with Taylor, a line fence in part being on or very near the line, N 43-15 E 1793 feet to a set stone in a fence comer, comer with Taylor and Smith; thence with an old fence with Smith N 31-30 W 343 feet, N 34-30 W 900 feet, N 31-10 E 427 feet. N 25 W 124 feet to a fence corner on the east side of Blackwater Run (the old comer being washed out); thence N 42-30 E 182 feet to a pile of, stones at a fence comer; a comer with Smiths and Johnston; thence a fence with Johnston N 50 W 1176 feet to a pile of rocks 3 feet west of a poplar in a fence corner, corner with Johnston and Hawkins; thence with Hawkins general course S 29-10 W. an old rail fence, being considered the line, 2769 feet to a set stone in a fence comer; S 63 W 923 feet to a set stone in a fence corner; a Comer with Hawkins and W«*er; thence a fence line with Weaver S 40-30 E 298 feet, S 20-30 W 278 feet to a comer in the north right of way line of the highway; thence with the line of the highway S 68-45 E 1839 feet to the beginning. This tract containing 180.89 acres.” This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired b.» William L. Peele from R. Lee Payne and Edna L.
