Fort Hood, Tex. (AHTNC) --Army Specialist Four William A. Fletcher, 21, whose wife, Helen, lives in Sperryville, was assigned to the 1st Logistical Command at Fort Hood, Tex., March 11. Specialist Fletcher, a mechanic in the command’s 87th Ordnance Company, entered the Army in September 1962. Fletcher was graduatedfrom George Washington Carvei High School, Culpeper, in 1962 and was employed by Tumber lin Construction Company, Vienna, before entering the Army. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vandrew D. Fletcher, live on Route 1, Box 15, Wash ington.
