ASC Undertakes
New Crop Program
An innovation in the determination of field crop acreages will be introduced in 43 Virginia counties this year on a limited basis, theAgricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service* (ASCS) has announced.
The new plan, tested last year in 38 selected counties in 11 states will place responsibility with the producers to determine his compliance with the permitted acreage and the diverted acreage under the 1965 wheat and feed grain programs.
