Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Scudere were in Washington, D. C. last Wednesday and were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Partlow in Fairfax. Mrs. William M. Fletcher was the weekend guest of Mrs. Edward Gibson in Culpeper.
Miss Doris Daugherty attended the Cherry Blossom Festival Saturday in Washington, D. C. She was accompani ed home by Miss Mary K. Martin of Manassas. On Monday they attended a Home Demonstration meeting in Harrisonburg. Miss Annie Cooksey visited friends Monday in Amissville. Mr. and Mrs. O. N. Hahn of Asheville, N. C. were guests for two days last week of Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Scudere. Miss Carolyn Turner of Richmond spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. L. J. Turner Miss Turner and her roommate in Richmond left Wednesday to spent Easter inNassau. Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr. and granddaughter, Mary Brooke Massie were Sunday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Massie at. M e a d o w Grove. Stewart Palmer, a student at Carlisle Military School in Bamberg, South Carolina arrived Wednesday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer. He will return to school on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser were luncheon guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Irwin In Washington, D. C. and toured the Voice of America Broadcasting Studio. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller and Mrs. W. C.
