In the 69 counties, compliance by i certification will apply to fluecured tobacco, cotton, peanuts, feed grains, wheat, and! acreages designated under diversion programs. Farmers] assume more responsibility' in determining acreages un-| der these programs using the compliance by certification method. In the 45 counties using the new method for 1965, the compliance job was speeded up considerably and the cost of the work greatly reduced.
