The 23rd annual meeting of Virginia Forests, Inc. was held in Richmond Tuesday and Wednesday of this week with an attendance in excess of 500. A luncheon and banquet were scheduled in additon to business sessions, with presentation of the 17th annual "Man of the Year in Forestry" award made at the bahquet. Virginia Forests, Inc. is an association of forest landowners, wood-using industries, and others who wish to promote the development and wise use of the forest and related resources of Virginia. President is A. L. Wenrich, Conti nental Can Company, Hopewell.
