Miss Virginia Brent and Jim Enochs ol Richmond arrived Friday to spend several days with Miss Brent's uhcle and aunt Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller at Mt. Prospect. Mrs. Oscar Lindgren was an overnight visitor Sunday of the Millers. Mrs. L. J. Turner went to Richmond Friday to visit her daughter Miss Carolyn Gates Turner. She returned home on Tuesday. Miss Annie Miller Almond was a guest for several days last week of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Louckes in Arlington. Friday Mr. and Mrs. Louckes visited Miss Almond and Skyline Ski Area. Ray Snead, a student at V. M. I. spent the weekend with his parents, Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead. He returned to school Tuesday after being detained by the snow. Miss Frances Wood, who attends school in Sfcaunton spent the weekend with 'her mother, Mrs. Downing Wood and remained until mid week because of the snow. Mr. and Mrs. Quenton McCoy and son of Princess Anne, Md. spent the weekend with Mrs. Wood. Mrs. McCoy and son remained for a longer visit. Oscar Lindgren returned to New York Sunday night after spending the weekend at his home Jessamine Hill Farm. Mollie Smith who attehds Longwood College was a visitor between semesters of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith at Spring House Farm. She returned to school today. Mrs. H. J. Racer returned to her home last week after being a patient in the University of Virginia Hospital for several weeks. * Mary Brooke Massie and Mike Massie spent the weekend and first part ofJthis week with their grandmother Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr. Wade Wallihan Massie, serving as a page in the House of Delegates in Richmond, was also a week-end guest of Mrs. Massie, returning to Richmond on Monday. Miss Lucy Ann Quaintance and Miss Karen Patrick of Vjyinia Beach ware waakencf guests of Miss' Quaintance s parents Mr. and Mrs, Carroll Quaintance. Their return to Virginia Beach was delayed until early in the week due to snow conditions. David Palmer returned to V.P.I. on Tuesday after spending a long week-end at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer. Stuart Palmer has returned from Carlisle Military School and will re-enter RCHS when school resumes.
