21,287.47 IN COIN FOR EASTER SEALS—Mr. T. A. Mangelsdorf (right) from New Kent, Virginia, president of the National Society for Crippled Children and Adults, watches as the Luray Caverns’ Wishing Well coins are “banked”. The 840,722 coins were recently recovered from the Well and donated to the Society. Ted Graves of Luray is doing the banking with Miss Eva B. Adams, director of the Mint. According to Miss Adams the Government was oo eager to have the coins to put back into circulation as Mr. Mangelsdorf was to have the sum for the Society’s work with the handicapped.
