Tuesday, cheerleaders tor !the 1966-67 season were chosen after school. The squad | next year will consist of Anne j Cannon, Joan Lee, CartyMofjfett, Stephanie Ay lor, Beverly jBeahm, and Amy Palmer. The first baseball game of the season was played here Tuesday with John S. Mosby Academy of Front Royal. Rappahannock won 5 to 3. The following Seniors have been accepted at Monroe Business College, Winchester: Jean Sisk, Rebecca Rector, Alice Pullen and Linda Mills. Correction Please!! Kent Henry Jimmie Jenkins and Donald Williams have been accepted at VPI (Virginia Polytechnic Institute) rather than RPI as previously printed. Mrs. Frances Thornton, County Health Nurse, was guest speaker at the FHA meeting this month. She spoke about nursing as a career, the education required to become a nurse and to enter nurs ing schools. After the talk, certificated, pins, etc. were given out.
