Miss Landra Dennis, a student at RPI, Richmond, will return to school Sunday after spending spring vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Dennis and grandfather, L. H. Luttrell. Miss Nancy Latham arrived in Washington, D. C. Wednesday evening from Berea, Ky. where she is a senior student at Berea College. After interviews at George Washington University and in Bethesda, Md. she will spend the weekend with her mother Mrs. Sarah Latham and return to school on Tuesday. Mrs. Jennie Smith had as her guests for dinner last Wednesday Mrs. Lavinia Mills and Mrs. C. D. Green ofWarrenton, Mrs. Bernice Butler of Fairfax, Mrs. Carrie Potz and Mrs. Flossie Cloud, Culpeper, Mrs. Hugh Riley, Mrs. John Poe, Mrs. Lewis Smith, Miss Irva Poe, and Ronnie Lee Poe. The Rev. Charles Kindred and Mrs. Silas O'Bannonwere visitors Thursday of Mrs. F. L. Bowey who was a patient in Fairfax Hospital.

William Duncan of Stanley was a recent visitor of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey and Mrs.Annie Latham. Other guests during the week were Mrs. Charlie Compton, Clifford Cooke, Mrs. Ralph Rowzie, and Elliott Doyle. Mrs. Johnie Hackley is spending some time in Falls Church with Mr. and Mrs! James Sealock and son and returns to her home here for the weekends.
