We have just received word that the time during which applications for participation in the 1966 feed grain and wheat programs may be filed, has been extended through April 8. This extension was announced by the Secretary of Agriculture at the time an announcement of increased price support rate for soybeans was made for 1966. The extension is primarily for the purpose of giving growers who may change their plans after the announcement on soybeans ja chance to participate. However, the extension is effective through April 8 for all jfarms in Virginia which have jnot been signed to participate. !
