Ed White, Jr. of Richmond, president of the Virginia Jaycees, was guest speaker at the regular August meeting of the Rappahannock Chapter on the 25th. The dinner meeting was held at Hampton Inn, Washington. Mr. White spoke on the duties of the chapter for the coming year. A new member, Ernest Clater, was installed by the State President, and welcomed into the group by local president, Sonny Brown and other members. Other guests for the meeting and dinner 'were Jack Kidwell of Culpeper, newly elected vice president of Region V; Frank Walker, a former vice president of the Region; John Coates, president of the Mad ison Jaycees; and Roger Printz, president of the Culpeper Jaycees.
