Patty Owens “sees” a chicken at the Miko farm. Since the foul felt so smooth, 9 year old Patty named it Satin. She said she had seen baby chicks before, but this was the first time she had seen a large chicken. With her is Fred Sensing of Vint Hill Farm, Warrenton, who was acting as her guide. Personnel from Vint Hill helped the children around the farm.
