The r iA of Washington Elementary School honored the new and returning teachers for the 66-67 session with a reception Friday at the school. Parents and teachers met over punch and cookies to discuss the opening of the county ■» Schools on Monday. In Rappahannock there were 1119 students enrolled the first day. This is a decrease of about 40 compared to lu| year. Additional students are expected to enroll this week and after Labor Day.
