Well Drilling Donated To Sperryville Fire Co.
A well has just been drilled at the Sperryville Fire Department carnival ground by Hugo Striblingof Morrisville, Va. When the well was completed Mr. Stribling announo ed that he was donating this to the fire company, and there would not be a fee for the service. The Sperryville Fire Department expressed profound gratitude to Mr. Stribling, and according to Chief John Walker Jenkins, this will enable the department to accomplish much work on their fire hall now under construction.
