Pursuant to the provisions*of a certain deed of trust executed by John Thomas Myers and Polly A. Myers, husband and wife, to T. Carlyle Lea, Jr., et al, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated November 19, 1963, and recorded December 3°, 1963 in the Clerk’s Office qf the.C>WJlit.CQ«rt 6f Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 80 at page 541, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, T. Carlyle Lea, Jr., Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the higher bidder or bidders at the front door otf the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Saturday, November 19, 1966, at 9:30 a.m. the following property, to-wit:
‘“All that certain tract or parcel of land together with buildings and improvements thereon and privilege and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying, and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County. Virginia, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 831 feet in an Eastern direction along the Northern margin of State Rd. 647 from the most southeastern corner of Henry Cook’s property and the Northern margin of State Rd. 647. Thence along a new line of John Myers in a Northern direction running perpendicular to State Rd. 647, 210 feet to a point. Thence along a new line of John Myers in an Eastern direction running parallel to State Rd. 647, 210 feet to a point. Thence along a new line of John Myers in a Southern direction running perpendicular to State Rd. 647, 210 feet to a point. Thence along the Northern margin of State Rd. 647 in a Western direction 210 feet to the point of beginning supposed to contain 6 acres, more or less.”
This is one of the tracts or parcels of land, acquired by John Thomas Myers by deed from Katherine Lee Myers, divorced, dated December 11, 1954, and recorded April 21, 1955 in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 63 at page 122.
