The object of this suit is to have the Cofirt enter a decree in this cause declaring it was the intention of John R, Watson and Mildred K. Watson to have the deed dated June .8, 1944 for the 98.4 acres, the subject matter of this suit made to John M. Watson and Mildred K. Watson, husband and wife, tehants by the entireties with right of survivorship as at common law; that the title in and to the land as described in the bill of complaint be quieted and established by this Court and that the Court declare and decree that all persons claiming title to the said land under or through the non-resident defendants named herein be barred forever; that all necessary inquiries be directed and all necessary decrees be entered herein and that the complainants may have such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

And affidavit having been made and filed that John Raymond Watson, James William Watson, Evelyn V. May, Frances M. Peters and Betfy W. Campbell are non-residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, namely: John Raymond Watson, Evelyn V. May, Frances M. Peters and Betty W. Campbell, do appear within ten llOt days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests. • It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published at Washington, Virginia and having circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia.
