The Rappahannock Historical Society is preparing to make a census of all Private Graveyards in Rappahannock County and the Society solicits the assistance of all property owners on whose land these Private Graveyards are located.
The Society asks that all property owners on whose lands Private Graveyards are located send a postal card to Mr. William E. Pullen, Flint Hill, Virginia, giving their names and the approximate location of the Graveyard. The location of many of these Graveyards is not known and some of the stones are hard to read because of weathering,
