i Youth Injured in Sledding Accident
Branson Allen Jenkins, 12, of Washington, was injured in a sledding accident Saturday afternoon on Route 614 in Gid Brown Hollow. He was struck by an auto operated by Clyde Melvin Pullen, also of Washington. The sled ran into the path of the auto and the child was dragged a short distance. According to Trooper J. B. Willis, the Jenkins boy sustained abrasions and bruises of both legs and bruised ribs. He was treated and released at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
