Miss Tish Kilby was graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor of Science degree at commence ment held June 9, 1967 in the civic auditorium in Knoxville. Miss Kilby, who majored in psychology with a minor in sociology, was graduated with honors. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucio Kilby of Sperryville, and a 196.3 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. This summer she will be cm ployed by the new Women’s Prison in Nashville, Tenn. and in the fall will enter the University of Connecticut for a two year study for a master’s degree.
