The Board of Zoning Appeals granted a temporary trailer permit to Ruby Hitt Dodson to be located on the farm of C. W. I Hitt-near Castle ton, 'and a Special Use permit to Colonel Howard R. Kuhn and Colonel William Hammond to produce! and market pre-fabricated week-end or vacation houses at the Forest Grove School Property. The Board ordered the Zoning Administrator to issue a Special Use permit to Ruby Hitt Dodson for a temporary trailer subject to the following conditions: (1) That sanitary sewage dis posal system be provided before the trailer is occupied, and (2) That the trailer be removed on or before the 8thj day of June, 1968.
