The marriage of Miss Peggy Carol Brand, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Brand of Arlington, to Joseph E. Cloud, son of Mrs. Charlie Cloud and the . late Mr. Cloud of Sperryville, took place Saturday, May 20, 1967 at Calvary Methodist Church, Arlington. The double ring ceremony was performed by the minister, the Rev. Bernard S. Via, Jr. at two o'clock in the afternoon. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length gown of Chantilly lace fashioned with a scalloped neckline trimmed with sequin and pearls. Her should .> er length veil was of illusion and she carried a bouquetpf white roses. Mrs. Sharon Gerwung at Drayton Plains, Michigan was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Sandra Lee Borton of Elkhart, Indiana and Miss Rita Rose Pechin of Springfield, Va. Each attendant carried a cascade of yellow rose Dearl H. Cloud of Arlington was best man for his brother and ushers were Rannie T. Burke, the groom's brotherin-law and Alan A. Brand, brother of the bride. Mrs. Brand chose for her daughter's wedding, a dress and matching coat of green and yellow cotton and beige accessories. Her corage was also red roses. For traveling, the bride wore
