The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, bn April 20, 1968, ndoj ted the following amended or new regulations pursuant to Sections 29-125. 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, to become effective July 1. 1908.

CHAPTER 3. Bear R3-1. Except ns provided by local legislation, it shall be lawful to hunt bear from the second Monday in November through December 21, both dates inclusive.

R3-2, relating to the open season for hunting bear in counties west of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded.

CHAPTER 6. Deer. RO-5. The bag limit for deer shall be on** a license year, either sex the last day only, in the counties of AlUghanv, Augusta, Bath Botetourt, Clarke, Craig, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier (except on the C.S. Marine Coips Base, Quant ico), Frederick Giles, Greene, Highland, Loudoun. Madison, Orange, Page, Prince William (except on the U.S. Marine Corps Base, Quantico), Rappahannock, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Spotsylvania, Stafford (except on the C.S. Marine Corps Base, Quantum) and Warren.

R6-5.1. The bag limit for deer shall be one a license year, either sex on the last three hunting days only, in the counties of Albemarle and Louisa.

R6-6. The bag limit for deer shall be one a day and two a license year, one of which may be a doe, in the counties of Southampton and Sussex and in the following military areas: Camp Peary, Cheatham Annex, Fort Fust is, Langley Air Force Base and Naval Weapons Station.
