Area Letter Carries Dinner Meeting
The Rural Letter Carriers of Orange, Madison, Rappahannock, and Culpeper held their annual association dinner meeting Friday at the Peb ham House Restaurant in Cut peper. Jerry Schweikert of Orange, the State Association president, \ras speaker. Election or officers for the local group was held with Edward Brown of Sperryville named to the presidency. Vice president elected was Pete Norris of Culpeper and Charlie Compton of Amissville holds the treasurers position. Delegates to attend the State convention to be held in Martinsville June 30, July 1 and 2 were chosen. They are Allen Ellett, Rixeyville, Tom Willoughby, Rapidan, and the three officers named above.
