Swedish Pork Pancake Generous in size anti 'bountiful in flavor, this pancake reflects Sweden’s custom! of setting a table with large varieties and servings of foods. Little time is required to prepare a version of the traditional pork pancake. Selfrising flour and diced bacon make it even easier. The Swedish pancake is baked in the oven, in a large round pan or in a skillet. To serve as the Swedes do, cut into wedges and top with warm Iingonberry or whole cranberry sauce. Swedish Pancake — six servings 1 cup sifted Triplett’s Stir together flour and sugar, enriched Self-Rising Flour 'Combine eggs & milk. Add 1 teaspoon sugar 3 eggs, beaten 2 cups milk V2 pound bacon, diced liquid gradually to flour mixture beating until well blended. Fry bacon in 10-in. skillet. Drain off grease. Pour batter over bacon. Bake in pre-heated 400 deg. oven 35 min. or until brown.
