The object of this suit is to determine whether the paper writing bearing date August 16, 1967, and admitted to probate on March 26, 1968, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, of record in Will Book X, Page 192, or any part thereof, is or is not the true Last Will and Testament of Cora W. Rowell, who died March 9, 1968; and to require the production of all testamentary papers of Cora W. Rowell so that it may be determined whethea such paper writings or any part thereof are or are not the true Last Will and Testament of said Cora W. Rowell.

An affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, Laurence Bartley McConnell, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be disposed of, whose names are unknown, it is ordered that they appear here within the (10) days after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this suit.

It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Washington, Virginia, and having general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the Court House of this County and that a copy of this Order be mailed to Laurence Bartley McConnell at Wilmington, California, his last known address.
